I highly recommend Total Assurance! Adam came out last night and stayed late to make sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond, taking the time to explain everything and he got us set up for a new system the very next day. It is rare to find a company (and employees) that is dedicated and genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you for your outstanding service. I appreciate all of your hard work and I am beyond satisfied!

I had a good experience with this company today. My A/C had water dripping out of it several days ago so I turned it to a higher temperature for safety reasons. I cleaned the drain and called Total Assurance A/C and heating to check it for me. A really nice and intelligent technician named Kyle arrived quickly and checked it out. Surprisingly, he said it is running fine and I didn't need any repairs or freon. I was so relieved because of the care he took and the honesty he displayed. And of course, the money I saved with his truthfulness, a rare quality these days.

We had a great experience. Kyle came just to check on our thermostat and actually noticed a major problem in our system that got over looked by another company. He didn’t over sell us things just only what we needed. Then he was in contact through out the whole install of our new unit and then he double check a week later to make sure everything was installed correctly. I would recommend him

We have used total assurance for 2 years now! The service is impeccable and we have 1 technician that services our house! Not sure if that’s luck of the draw or how the company works, but Wayne has always been knowledgeable, kind and honest with us! We just used total assurance to replace our indoor and outdoor AC units and the job was done very professionally and promptly. Within 24 hours of needing the system we had it installed & the team that did the job was hard working and kind. We recommend them highly for any HVAC repairs, maintenance and replacements!

Was having issues with cooling and humidity. Bianca was on it as if it was her own home and sent out a tech THE SAME DAY!! Wayne showed up and was very thorough in his diagnosis and found the issue of previous work done. Can’t thank them both enough and Total Assurance has a customer with peace of mind by their work. Thank you Bianca and Wayne.
